Divine form of Lord Shiva is always awe inspiring and comforting to look at. Looking at the benign and majestic form of the Lord, we gain confidence and feel our worries are removed. In fact, More than inspiring devotion, Lord Shiva's form can also open up our eyes regarding some important aspects of our health.

Shiva has a beautiful matted hair. Winding together the free flowing strands of hair into a harmonious bundle in which all of them coexist peacefully. Then you shall be peaceful and shall not have heart diseases, irritability, acidity and head aches.

Therefore, keeping it under control through enough forethought shall help us stay free of asthma, acidity, angina and other illnesses.

Closed eyes of Shiva tell us keep away from bad things of life and engage in right actions and right thoughts. This is a key to perfect health.
